Minecraft Kitchens Waiting to be Built

Even though Minecraft is a huge game about food, very few people will spend the time to build a fully-furnished kitchen. They don't have a specific purpose but they can give you more RP and allow for you to allocate certain areas of your home to specific tasks. Do you want to host guests and have them sit at a long table GoT-style? Do you want a simple, but cute kitchen?

When planning a kitchen design, consider what is most important to you. This includes lighting, aesthetics, size, location, and lighting. There are many options for kitchen design, from outdoor tropical buffets to medieval tables; to bar kitchens and barbecues.

1. Cabin Corner Kitchen

A simple design may be beneficial depending on the type of home that you have built. Sometimes, less is more. You can create a cozy corner kitchen in your home by using mostly wood materials, Flower Pots with plants and mushrooms, mood lighting using Lanterns, and a Campfire or Netherrack fire as the cooking area.

2. Modern Kitchen

A modern look in Minecraft can be a great choice if you want style and simplicity. Keep it simple and use modern appliances like a microwave or fridge-freezer. Add a breakfast bar/center islands and you're good to go. This kitchen style is easy to incorporate into modern homes.

3. Restaurant Kitchen

It is especially useful if you are playing on a multiplayer server and want to do some RP. Building a restaurant and cooking meals with your friends in exchange of valuables/materials can be both simple and incredibly immersive.

You will need to create a seating area and a place for people to place their orders. Then, you can set up serious cooking machinery behind the scenes that can handle multiple meal preparations simultaneously. You can use a Campfire to grill and you can also build an ice-room to store your meat before cooking.

4. Banquet Hall Kitchen

If you are looking for something simple and elegant, it is easy to transform your kitchen into a banquet. A long table should be set with plenty of food, flower pots, and a fire for roasting the harvests from your hunts and expeditions.

Minecraft's default aesthetic is rustic and medieval. This design doesn't require any early-game materials, making it a great choice for a showpiece that won't take up too much of your time.

5. Cantina Kitchen

You sci-fi lovers will always have a favorite staple: why not build a room for all aliens? Sci-fi allows you to use any materials and make it work. You can also double up on cooking utilities by using a Furnace/Blast furnace to serve as service droids behind your bar.

You can also add other ideas to your build, such as a mini aquarium or fish-tank that you can use for exotic fish to look at (or eat). You can also buy sci-fi textures packs/skins online or on the Minecraft Marketplace if you want to go even further.

6. Boat Buffet Kitchen

Indoor kitchens can become stuffy and crowded. Why not move the cooking outside instead? You can even move it to the waterfront for a tropical-themed buffet. To make your cookout more fun, get some boats and fishing rods. You can also add a Jukebox or Lanterns to the mix. This waterfront idea can be customized with stunning views.

7. Hell's Kitchen

If you are looking for a dark, moody kitchen in another dimension then channel your inner Gordon Ramsay by building your kitchen in the Nether.

It should be built on the edge of a lake. Furnaces will be forfeited for lighting Netherrack or glowing Campfires. To collect Porkchop, you can set up a Hoglin Farm nearby. You can use Obsidian to strengthen the walls against Ghast's fireballs or your own cooking disasters, and build some tables. But don't expect too many customers.

8. Bar Kitchen

Have you ever thought about hanging out with friends and enjoying drinks and pub snacks? This allows you to have a chilled experience while brewing delicious drinks or serving small meals.

If you really want to go all-out, why not add a Jukebox to blast your favorite Minecraft songs, and a pool table to create some funny memories?

9. Underwater Sushi Kitchen

What could be more satisfying than being immersed in the world of the food that you eat? While it might seem a little strange for the fishy friends that swim outside the dome, you'll enjoy some spectacular views while you eat.

You have two options: keep it simple or go all out and decorate the space to make it the talk in your Minecraft community.

10. BBQ Kitchen

You can sit in the summer sun and cook delicious burgers or serve refreshing salads with ice-cold beverages. What could be better? Enjoy the perfect outdoor space, large or small, and then relax.

Campfires can be used to top off your “BBQs”, which will increase the visual heat of the cookout, or just to make it seem a little more relaxed.
